Cancellation Policy

ROOM Cancellation:

Because we are a small businees, and there is high demand for our accommadations, we enforce a strict cancellation and no show policy. 

With 4 days or more notice, deposit will be fully refundable. 

With 2-3 days notice your 50% deposit is non refundable. 

Cancellation within 24 hours or less of reservation will be charge for the entire stay.  No refund for early departure.

Boats Cancellations:

With seven days' notice, you will receive a full refund.

Single-day rentals have a nonrefundable $100 deposit. 

Within seven days no refund will be given, however, we can reschedule or keep credit on file for one year. 

For small craft advisory days, we do not send out our pontoons or small 18' and 19' center consoles. You may upgrade to a larger boat, reschedule for a different day, or receive a full refund. 

For multi-day rentals, the guest is responsible for being aware of the weather. No compensation for lost days during multi-day rental due to weather. 

Snorkel Cancellations

Customers will receive a full refund minus a 15% processing fee for all cancellations with a 7 days notice of cancellation.

Less than 7 day notice customer will lose full payment.

Customers will also receive a full refund in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Golf Carts Cancellations:

7 days notice, and you will receive a full refund minus 15% processing fee. Within 7 days, no refund will be given.
