| The American Power Boat Association chose the Seven Mile Bridge as the course for the Marathon Offshore Grand Prix. Racers will be back in June and November. Land-based spectators saw the whole race from vantage points along the Seven Mile Bridge at least ten Captain Pips boats enjoyed the excitement from the water. |

Captain Bob Crocket aboard "Compromise" (right) produced the sailfish and four 30-plus pound dolphin in the first two hours of the charter thats some good fishing. | Scott Meier came to catch big fish ... mission accomplished. The big bull dolphin was caught aboard "Papa Pip" with Captain Johnny Maddox at the helm and mate Bobby Manske in the cockpit. |

The Cook family didnt let a little thing like a wedding get in the way of their fishing. Frequent guests Greg and Renee Cooks son got married in Key West one evening and went fishing the next morning aboard "Papa Pips." |
