| Every year, friends from Jacksonville, FL , join us for Sportsmans Lobster days and every year Terri Hall brings her special fixings for the best Tabouli weve ever tasted. This year she was kind enough to share her recipe. | |
| Theres nothing better than fresh caught grilled lobster and Terris cool, tangy tabouli after a day on the water. Tabouli is a refreshing change from the standard green salad so pair it with fish, chicken or beef ,if you dont have lobster. Randy Goldman, another Jacksonville friend, likes to fill a pita pocket with tabouli for a healthful sandwich. | |

large cucumbers (peel and remove seeds) 2 large tomatoes (remove seeds) 1 bunch green onions 1 bunch parsley Chop all the above ¾ cup wheat rinse in cold water to clean Combine wheat with chopped vegetables Mix in: Serves two -- enjoy! |
