Three life-long friends from Michigan -- Bill Buchbinder, Jim Owens, and Charlie Ventimiglia spent a week at Captain Pips. They caught more fish than they could carry back to Michigan, so they decided it was time for a fish fry. John got out his secret fried fish recipe and everyone brought something. As usual we had more food than we could eat, so everyone got a "doggy bag" to take home. Heres Johns "no-longer-secret" fried fish recipe, give it a try and let us know what you think.
